- • Control who can view your profile
- • Respond professionally to recruiter inquiries
- • Report inappropriate recruiter behavior
Recruiter Accounts
As a recruiter, you agree to:
- • Represent a legitimate organization
- • Request developer access respectfully
- • Honor developer privacy settings
- • Provide clear job descriptions
- • Avoid spam or mass messaging

To maintain a professional and trustworthy platform, certain activities are prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription Plans
Profile Analyzer offers both free and paid subscription tiers with different features and access levels.
Billing Terms:
- • Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; access continues until period end
- • Refunds: Pro-rated refunds available within 14 days of upgrade
- • Price Changes: We'll notify you 30 days before any price increases
Free Tier
Our free tier provides core functionality indefinitely. We may adjust free tier features but will notify users in advance.
Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership
Profile Analyzer and all related materials, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and content, are owned by Profile Analyzer and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you provide (profile information, resume, etc.). You grant us a license to use this content to provide our services.
Generated Insights
Analytics, scores, and insights generated by our platform are jointly owned. You can export and use your insights freely.
Trademarks
"Profile Analyzer" and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without explicit permission.
Data Usage & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are covered in detail in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension & Termination

Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- • We're not responsible for third-party services (GitHub, LeetCode, LinkedIn)
- • You're responsible for backup of your own data
